March 16 – Arrival & Welcome
Attendees arrive from 4:00 PM at the Mercure Lille Marcq-en-Barœul Hotel, with the Welcome Party starting at 7:00 PM — an informal moment to connect and kick off the DSCOVER experience.
March 17 – Main Stage Day & Gala Dinner
The conference starts with a single main stage featuring conferences and panel discussions that blend business strategy, technical insights, and customer success stories.
The day includes a morning coffee networking break, an afternoon coffee networking break, and a midday lunch break.
Conference sessions conclude around 5:30 PM, followed by an exclusive visit to Leroy Merlin newest Flagship store, offering a behind-the-scenes look at an enterprise-level implementation. In the evening, attendees are invited to a Gala Dinner at Château de Prémesques.
A bus service is scheduled to transport participants to and from the venue.
March 18 – Dual-Track Experience & Customer Visit
The final conference day introduces two parallel stages:
A Technical Stage with in-depth sessions on architecture, integrations, automation, and platform capabilities
A Brand & Marketing Stage focused on co-creation, storytelling, community engagement, and brand performance
The day includes a morning coffee networking break, an afternoon coffee networking break, and a midday lunch break.
